Which hydraulic oil grade does my machine need?
Check the operator's manual or the label near the hydraulic tank. Most earth-moving equipment in hot Indian conditions uses ISO VG 68, while many industrial systems use 32 or 46.
When should hydraulic oil be changed?
Follow the manufacturer's interval and change it sooner if the oil looks milky (water), dark and burnt, or if the system becomes noisy or sluggish.
Can 68 be mixed with another brand?
Topping up with the same ISO grade and type is possible in an emergency, but for best performance drain and refill with one oil.
